BEAM REACH 5

Beam Reach 5, Consul Avenue, consists 34 hectares (84 acres) of land situated directly alongside the A13 Marsh Way interchange. The masterplan has created a range of flexible plot sizes that can be adapted to occupier requirements, primarily for manufacturing use but with the possibility of some distribution and warehousing use. All land is offered on a long leasehold / virtual freehold basis.
Beam Reach 5 has already attracted Newsfax, a leading printing firm, to a new 55,000 sq ft building. There is active interest in other plots.
Adjoining the A13, the immediate area of Beam Reach 5 has seen a series of road improvements. Some land remediation has been carried out with the benefit of ERDF support, and a strategy put in place for installing utilities and other side-wide infrastructure.
